Don't be so hasty to jump to conclusions like that. It's not as often as it used to be, but it still happens and will happen. Especially with the current heated rivalries like the Battle of Alberta which had a goalie fight a couple years back, Ottawa and Florida, New York Rangers and New Jersey, they're all power kegs just waiting to explode.

@@jogendron6320Well, things were going along just fine until Larkin got hurt. Shouldn't have affected the team as much, but it seems like they're lost right now. If they can get him back next week and get right, they should have about 12-14 games with him in the lineup and hopefully that stretch is a successful one. I appreciate you asking!

Goalies are going to need to learn to juke the official that sits up high during these scrums, seems one of their objectives (besides taking notes and ruining our fun) is to block the goalie that comes down. You have to wonder if this emphasis on obstructing the goaltenders will ever come back to bite the officials, that's often 2 of the 4 focusing just on the 2 guys *who have the most padding* .. there's 10 other guys that could be shanking each other .. someone could probably pull off the Happy Gilmore and remove a skate.
