I've learned when I do not feel appreciated, I Need to 'stop Doing and Start Asking for & Recieving. (Men can't read our minds. What they think we need is different than what we want) This shifts the dynamics back to equal and happy grounds for me.

I love reading your comments cz thats what I'm aiming for. I'm looking for a healthy polarity. Sometimes the balance is way off and I'm.asare and it causes me internal chaos hence having to calm thyself and starting off all over again. I've had enough of having to do that again and again. I'm sure true love isn't meant to cause this much chaos inside? Are we incompatible?

My late partner of 18+ years made me miserable. He would sleep in 4-7 days a week. Even when I was up every night breastfeeding our baby every 2 hrs, it was still my job to get up early for our toddler. He never once got up for our children when they were infants. He only had a part time min wage job, we lived in poverty. I had to find work around his sleeping in and school runs. I tried every way to try and encourage him to be responsible but he wouldn't. His friends and family knew what it was like yet none would advocate for mr. It left me broken and incredibly lonely. Needless to say despite having 3 children I am ripped and he got fat. I long for a man that can raise my estrogen but I'd rather be alone and have these muscles I don't want than put up with that shit again. Even though he is dead I am still seeking therapy. He made me feel so worthless.

Any tips on how to successfully rebuild after a not so great attempt at initial reconciliation post break up after over 2 years of dating? He said he didn’t feel loved and cared for in the way that related to him, he’s younger I’m a little older and the pressure of a timeline got to me, I needed to be assured of some sense of security and be made a priority. We are taking a break/space whatever you want to call it for the 2nd time. We Barely had time to reconnect and enjoy. Our battle is conflict /communication styles. We love each other dearly and neither of us wants to break up

There is something I want to know, john said when he initially met Bonnie, he said he will change... didnt he feel controlled then? Or he just changed in order to get her? Thanks for these short snippets, I just dont how John has the patience to do 3-4 hour talks on his channel...I dont have the patience to watch the whole thing...I guess the older you get, the more you like to talk also... and estrogen kicks in more when men get older :D

@@MichelleMarchantJohnson From what I remember , he said his change started happening when Bonnie called him on his behaviour and wasn't a changed man when they met. So I think men dont feel controlled when they haven't gotten the woman yet, but feel controlled after having her...

@@deepdiver849 I have talked to John about this several times and he said he learned much about how to be a better husband in his first marriage which helped him to win Bonnie's heart. Fortunately, they were able to enjoy a very long and lovely marriage before she passed away from cancer. Take care.

Sorry for questioning again, I am trying to understand this video kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pMd6i7ODttnYeYU.html min 6:58 Where John seems to have messed up something with Bonnie, because he says Bonnie wouldn't marry me because I didnt do a good enough job ! and he makes changes and comes back a new man after a year from learning from the mistakes in his first marriage. So it seems, Bonnie demanded something, and John changed because he wanted her, and came back to her after a year after changing. So it seems, men do change, but usually before marriage, not when they are already married...
