What’s mad about John is he is up there with the strongest in the world while only weighing in the double digits, he isn’t a 200kg 6’9 freak like many of the strongest powerlifters, strongmen and even weightlifters. He is a reasonably normal height and weight dude who is just insanely strong

He deadlifts conventional, does a high bar squat with a fairly narrow stance and doesn't have an exaggerated arch on his bench press...impressive af on all counts on all lifts.

He needs to get the 2300 total at 198 (90kg) and then he'll move up to 100 kg class. He's not gonna go above though for health reasons
