RIP John Inman. I laughed till I cried more times than I could remember watching you and the others on Are You Being Served? Just once, I would have loved to have just sat down and had dinner with you and talked to you for hours and hours about your career and your work. You are still awesome.

I can't believe so many sadly have passed away from ARE YOU BEING SERVED? I have been watching it for a while and then I learned this year John has passed, I cried. He will alway be an icon.

I just discovered John and Are You Being Served recently, from DVDs at our library and I became addicted to them. All the actors are great, but John stands out as the very best. He seemed like a nice fellow in real life.

I was despondent when I found out John died. My Yorkie is named Mr Humphries, and DOES sleep with Paddington bear! I wish there was a clip of this whole show. This type of thing isn't done in the USA and who better to watch than John?

I think he deserved a better script and programme than are you being served, it was tacky and childish, he was very good though!
