2013: Heard this song for the first time. 2014: Showed my girlfriend this song months later. 2015: many months later we both fell in love with this song. 2016: Went to a JL concert with my girlfriend. 2017: Sang this song and proposed to my girlfriend. 2018: Got married and danced to this song at our wedding. 2019: Still in love with this song. 2020: so we're still together. When this came out I was homeless, on drugs, and then jail. I now have a house, job, and husband. This song and “Clover Cage - In the Moment” are the two songs that helped get rid of my depression. I just want to send love to everyone and I want everyone to know things will get better. We are in this together..I love you 💕

I lost my job through false accusations, my wife of many years through her infidelity, and my daughter was murdered... All within weeks of each other. I began to recover, but lost my job again through false accusations two years later. Now, I want to send this to a girl whom I have very strong feelings for. I want to give "all of me", but I'm so unspeakably afraid that this will not be reciprocated. I just want to fall into her, both of us knowing that we'll be alright together. How much heartache must I endure? What is God trying to teach me that I haven't learned already? I don't know what to do. I'm afraid of becoming cold. This us how villains are made: they get stabbed in the heart so many times that there's no heart left.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I know those words don’t mean much after losing someone so much a part of your life. I wish there were better words people could say. My man died July 5, 2023- motorcycle vs. car. Not a day goes by that i wouldn’t change what happened if i could. And I know you feel the same. Some things I wish someone had told me when I began this journey- your grief does not have a timeline. It won’t ever get easier, you’ll just learn this new world and how to navigate it without them. Don’t listen to the people who tell you that you’ve gotta move on, because you don’t. You just gotta keep putting one foot in front of the other, and get through the tomorrows that sadly will continue to come, even though they aren’t here to share those tomorrows with you.
