What impact did Chief Justice John Marshall have on the burgeoning Supreme Court in the early days of America? Richard Brookhiser, author of John Marshall: The Man Who Made the Supreme Court, paints a picture of the substantial impact that John Marshall had on American jurisprudence through the landmark Supreme Court decisions and dissents he authored and the role of the Court itself.

My great great grandfather. I'm trying to make a documentary specifically during this incredibly unpredictable and evolving socio-economic political sciene. My father, John Marshall Galbraith, Jr. (the last male legacy of John Marshall and, later, economist John Kenneth Galbraith). Any suggestions or interviews time would be much appreciated. Still in the early stages s funding is proving to be a challenge during the global health crisis. Thank you for your work.

Interesting that it's says he made decisions based on what he thought the framers meant for the Marbury v Madison when at that time he could have talk to many of them.

What's up with the other two videos you tried to post KZfaq doesn't like the diversity of the founding fathers or the idea that the change of the Constitution or to bind government the Constitution is the law of the land and these people hate it they have become Publishers not a platform we must start filing lawsuits against them

More important that Justices follow the principles of the intent of the Constitution, by the .Founders, than today's flawed legal laws? Harvard has come a LONG way from 1790: All persons of what degree for ever residing at the College, and all undergraduates.....shall constantly and seasonly attend the worship of God in the chapel, morning and evening.....All the scholars shall, at sunset in the evening preceding the Lord's Day, lay aside all their diversions.and......it is enjoined upon ev scholar carefully to apply himself to the duties of religion on said day. Harvard's then two mottos: For the Glory of Christ, and For Christ and the Church..
