I like John Mayer. A lot. This is awful. This is not the new kid working through it. This is a seasoned professional with an unbelievable gift and a superb catalog to choose from. The clothes look like shit. He looks like he hasn't been to a gym in months and he used to go every day. Did he meet Bobby Brown? He is mumbling his lyrics. I would have been horrified to have spent this money to see this and I hope he is horrified at what he served up that night. Compare this to the Bahamas gig or Nokia LA tour or iHeart Radio...or all the incarnations on Letterman. Geez. Step up dude. Fire some of the yes men.The SOB personna was a misfire. A few of the songs were classic. Take what you learned from this and move on.

this is a very poor piece of audio, filmed by the crowd. He was asking for the mic to be turned up throughout the song because it was being muffled.
