I love watching these old interviews. He's so prophetic! In this one he describes playing for crowds of people when he's in his 40's and looking up to see the crowd that has "grown up with him". So beautiful and truly holds up.

Man I wore this CD out in 2002! I'd go on fishing trips and just blast 3X5. Five years later I picked up a guitar and taught myself to play. Fifteen years later I still play and listen to everything John puts out. I appreciate John for his music and inspiring me to play guitar.

Really great view of the road from the perspective of a band whose time has not yet come (in a sense), although for that band, your time has arrived and if you are doing it right, all you have is the "now".

Funny how prophetic the words were to No Such Thing......kind of an autobiographical look at the author's first few years in the "biz" leading to that "10 year reunion. (and he got the word "condescendingly" in the lyrics, made it fit and make sense to the overall song.....cool!)

Part 3 is blocked. Message that came up was "This video contains content from SME, who has blocked it on copyright grounds." Is there any other video of that bit available anywhere?

9:30 through about 10:00 is living proof that White people can't dance. Prime example is the short girl in the front row in the white Spaghetti strap (also proof of the era..Wtf were girls thinking when they got dressed?!) I know Dave Chapelle & this man playing in this video proved they can dance to music they like, I still say their moves are horrendous. Hah, I'd love to meet that girl now & ask her what she thinks of JM; she's followed him from the beginning. I wonder if she jams to Queen of
