Gone, but never forgotten. Bob Saget's "Full House" family is making sure his memory lives on. John Stamos, Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, Dave Coulier and Andrea Barber reunited for an emotional video call on the two-year anniversary of Bob's sudden death and tearfully shared how they're processing the loss while also honoring the treasured time they had with him. John shared an emotional Instagram clip from the conversation in which the group admitted how difficult it still is to accept their friend and co-star's passing and why they're grateful they have each other to share in their sorrow.

Whoa, Mr. Stamos’ comment at the end about had me choking up. The whole thing was heartbreaking to listen to. Still sending much love to the O.G. cast-members. Friend-loss grief absolutely sucks, but it gets better. I lost a good pal I knew since early elementary school whom passed away a year or so ago when I was told he had a fatal car accident on a highway when some idiot cut him off on the road - and that still stinks to know that my friend isn’t here anymore. He was a cool dude, therefore I totally know how much friend-loss grief stinks. Praying for the Full House crew. I wasn’t a huge fan of FULLER House, but praying for that cast as well, most definitely.

Today's the 15th anniversary of my husband's death and they're right sometimes you just have to sit in it and Jodie's right it's unrequited love. It's raw it's painful and it doesn't get better it never will when you have someone that special die suddenly without warning. Thank you for sharing this on this day of my husband's death it really helped me get through the day thank you

@@lemmyspeaks my 🙏🫶 2u... Thank u 4 sharing ur story with me! I consider it a privilege when someone takes the time 2 share their story with me cuz it makes me feel less alone & reminds me that others are hurting too so that I can get out of my own grief kind of like when something is stuck (album or record on a turn table) & u bump it to get it going again lol! I'm sorry u lost ur best friend. I'm sorry it friend didn't get a chance 2 grow into adulthood with u. It's hard 2 find the right words but sharing ur story somehow says it all doesn't it? I'm always here if u want 2 share ur memories... I'm a good listener! If anyone wants 2 share memories of a lost 🫶'ed one... Well let's keep this chain going so that no one feels alone or worse feels that they are & then decides life isn't worth it SO PLEASE SHARE CUZ I CARE & IK I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO DOES... RIGHT?

I absolutely love how Jodi put it with how grief is expressing the love we have for someone and not receiving that love back from them anymore. So true. That’s one reason why it hurts so much. In a few days it will be the one year anniversary of my mom’s passing. It still hurts terribly and it still doesn’t feel real.

I'm sorry for your loss. This is one of the first shows I grew up with. It was in a line up with other friday night family shows. I was around Candace's age, my younger brother was a blonde and around Stephanie's age and my little sister was Michelle's age. It was relatable except my lil brother and i never fought we were latch key kids and had to get along. My childhood was difficult as many are so i looked up to the male role models on this show. I was absolutely crushed when i seen Bob Saget speak the way he did and learn about the inappropriate behavior. I had a step dad who told my mom he had sexual feelings for me and she left him. My sister was a year old and he is her dad. He went by Bob too. When I learned of Bob Sagets death i was mad at the whole thing as i felt deceived in a way. one day while i was driving I heard his voice clear as day say, can you ever forgive me? I said yes and it was an instant release. It felt so genuine. . I believe when you pass you immediately see your impact on others and you become a bigger part of everything and know more. But i wanted to share

Gone but never forgotten. It doesn’t feel like it’s been two years already. I never knew Bob personally but I grew up watching him on television. From everything I’ve ever heard and seen Bob seemed to be a blessing to anyone he knew, definitely a gift from God, he was such a kind and loving person. Since his passing I’ve been making sure to let my friends and family know I love them and be kind. And I will continue to do what Bob did best, make everyone laugh because it truly is the best medicine.

After his death, various cast members have been asked if there is interest in doing a reboot of Full House/Fuller House. A reboot, even if it's for one season, is certainly interesting considering that Full House and Fuller House both started with a death in the family. In Full House, it was Danny's wife. In Fuller House, it was DJ's husband. If there is another reboot, the series can start with Danny's death. However, this one would obviously be more emotional considering Bob Saget's real-life passing. Here are the two big issues at least in my view. First is getting John Stamos to agree to it and that could prove difficult based on comments he has made when asked about it. Second, I don't think you can do a reboot with Danny's death in the storylines and not have Michelle return. I am not sure either twin would be up for it, though, as they seemed to have fully moved on from that part of their lives. After all, why didn't they appear in Fuller House? If all agreed, the first two episodes could center around Danny's death and how all are coping. Then, I think you have to have an episode where DJ's sons adjust to Steve as the male authority in the house. Another episode could be that Steve and DJ announce they are expecting their first child together. Not sure if they can name the baby after Danny since Stephanie did that already unless it's a boy and they use Danny's middle name of Ernest in some way.
