I know this is just a silly scene but Step by Step and Full House take place in the same universe. Jaleel White made appearances on both shows as Urkel so they also share a universe with Family Matters and Perfect Strangers.

Now I remember this scene with John Stamos This scene was at the closing credits of this episode called Great Expectations where's Cody Father pressure Cody into a Job as Executive Vice president of his real estate company, also where Carol set Dana and Karen up on Blind Dates against their wishes, with The guys image and turned out to be Beavis and Butt-head, that's why they did not want no blind dates until Miss Quinn's nephew John Stamos from Full House came then they fight over him.

How can John Stamos be on Full House, if Urkel jetpacked to the Lambert/Foster house thereby establishing they exist in the same continuum, and also went to the Tanner house in San Francisco where he met Uncle Jesse, establishing that continuum? how could he have met an Uncle Jesse who exists as a fictional person played by John Stamos who is real person?

if Stamos exists then Uncle Jesse is just on a TV show and the Tanners don't exist, but Urkel was there, so he and the Winslows don't exist, and since he flew to Michigan, none of StepByStep exists.

There are two things wrong with this scene: First, this lady is trying to set teenagers up with a 30-year-old man? What!?!?! Second, Jaleel White guest-starred as Steve Urkel on "Full House" and "Step By Step" the same year, implying that "Family Matters", "Full House", and "Step By Step" are in the same TV universe. So John Stamos playing himself instead of Uncle Jesse, and mentioning that he's on "Full House", creates a paradox.

It's just a comedy family show. John was never going to go out with them. There mother was getting even with them for a prank. The Steve Urkle appearance was just once. No big deal. This is way a classic show like this can't be made today people take it way too seriously. Smh.

@@JustinW06 I just recently started to get into Step By Step, that’s why I’m watching these clips of it on KZfaq and commenting on them and I can definitely see why this show wasn’t like those other 2 shows… it’s not very good. It’s just an average family sitcom, there’s nothing special about it. The characters are not memorable, there are no classic statements and catchphrases like those other 2 shows had etc. Suzanne Somers is really the only character from it that’s memorable as well as Cody, by no one else

@Margaret Bradley Depends on how you look at it. Everybody has its breaking point. She was in her teens after all :). She had her standards. I think I was 10 or so when I had a crush on Christine Lakin. But in later years Dana was really my type. Loved her character and her looks. Until she started doing that light blond look and messed up her hair.

It was good the scene was done, because they turn a blind who was very good looking and on a tv show. Turning down fame mucisan wanta be would not have been the same. Beside what would Becky had at a later date.
