Absolutely fantastic job! So cool you covered Mr John Waters. From pink Flamingos to Cry Baby with Johnny Depp just after leaving 21 jump street, we got to know Mr Deep while in Vancouver B.C we went out a few times. We saw “A John Waters Christmas” in Jacksonville FL several years ago. Omg what an experience! He was amazingly energetic and so hilarious! Afterwards he signed books and took photos. He was really sweet ❤! Highly recommend seeing his show if you ever have a chance….What a great exhibit! Thank you so much for this video as I don’t think we’ll ever get to see it in person unless it comes to the east coast?! 🤞

I went to see "Pink Flamingos" at a local theater, way back in 1981 or 82. Took my highschool girlfriend. For the next year, we were using quotes from the movie! Too funny😆

I used to watch Cry Baby all the time back in the day. I even recorded it onto a vhs tape from a movie channel just so I could watch it. I think I've watched both versions of Hairspray.

I'm from Baltimore originally. I remember Hair Spray Day. That was the first John Waters movie I ever saw. My son's Dad took me to see it on our first date my senior year in high school. One of my classmates was an extra in it. I've got all his movies.

I went to see John Waters talk in Melbourne. Travelled over a hour, stood in the queue with my ticket, got to the door and they said "that was last Friday". It was Friday, just the wrong one.

Openly discussing John Waters or Divine back in the 1970’s really offended people, unless you were with other fans; who mainly went to 2 theaters in NorCal/Bay Area; the Clay Theater in San Francisco, and the UC Theater in Berkeley. A few Waters’ films played at the Castro in SF, but the Clay was Nor-Cal’s home of Trash and Art Cinema (Anything Freaky or Bizarre)!! If you liked unique movies that were never shown at average cinemas, then the Clay or UC Theaters is where you went. The Clay was also home of the very first Midnight Movies like “Night of the Living Dead” and “Rocky Horror”!! I really cherish those days!!

john waters and divine's childhood homes are right up the street from me in lutherville ,maryland,right outside of baltimore and my girlfriends mom was in crybaby,she was one of the female cops by the patty wagon! i think it's time john puts out a new movie,filmed in baltimore,of course!

Since you guys now reside in S. California and are huge fans of John Waters, you should check out John Waters' narration in the documentary, "The Plagues and Pleasures of the Salton Sea." It's a great documentary, and Waters just makes it better.

I've only ever seen Hairspray and Crybaby, and of course his cameo in Seed of Chucky (I feel I am one of the few who likes that movie) but I know I should watch more of John Waters' films as he's a big inspiration to a lot of people.

It looks like making these vids is a lot of fun. I have always said, you should enjoy what you do for a living. Working liek hell just to work and be measurable isn't worth it. I never had a job I hated . Enjoyed all my jobs. -...end of lecture. Great vid.
