1- Personal Development 2- Be Intentional : Be mindful of your growth environment. Always be with people that has gone ahead of you. Be where you can grow, learn, think better, expand. 3- Connecting With People : leadership is influence. You get influence by developing good relationship with people. 5 things connecting with people - value people - add value to people - look for means to add value to people - Doing things that add value to people. - Encourage others by adding value to them. 4- Thinking Ability Successful and unsuccessful people think differently. To be successful in life, you have to think differently from others. Learn to serve to create more opportunities. 5- Leading in adversity Difficult times do not make a leader but reveal a leader. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you Dr Maxwell. I went to the Transformation Trip to Dominican Republic with Maxwell Leadership (former John Maxwell Team). I am still work in progress, but I am running for district governor (July 2024-June 2025). You touched me spiritually too. Regular attendee to Rock Church based in San Diego with Pastor McPherson. I have my business for 10 years since this coming October and started my own school plus I am a realtor too. I participated Change Your World many times. It changed my world. Things are coming true according to the speech I made from the International Maxwell Conference. Of course, I am grateful for my team or teams. I cannot do things by myself. Great ❤ instructional messages, John: 1. Personal growth and development (read great books and put water in the well) 2. Intentionality. What is my daily choice 3. Stay in the growth game and cultivate a growth environment 4. Ask better questions - “How long will it take vs. how far can I go.” 5. Leadership = Relationships. It’s about people and developing great emotional intelligence 6. Add value to people 7. Consistency compounds 8. Mindset and purpose and personal belief matters 9. “Getting old is automatic, but growth is not automatic

Your father was really quite a solid thinker..🤗 I had a poverty thinking from Church. And rich go to hell or cannot get to heaven..it's harder than getting through a needle for a camel... Plus demons get in from self and others thought of as self. Just give up all...That's what church taught me. Im so bad that God ridded us, and Devil takes us to hell if we don't believe only Jesus saved our soul after live is gone. At 8 i ran from Devil and know God was seriously angry at me, cause i was born a sinner, before i could even crawl... i felt to horrible tp be seen, for all my horribleness by 8..I wasn't even to be of the world. Just exist in it. I did not get it but stayed very hidden and said little after my kid friends. I stayed kind and a people pleaser, and stayed veeery afraid to do anything wrong as i was already no good from the start. Church explained this. And preacher put extreme fear...I pretented angels had appeared i suppose, cause i did not hear the voice, i was supposed to be hearing letting me have my direction. The man with my direction had been my dad. I never got the other father from heaven, and wish he'd said stuff to me...

@Joann so sorry that people used the Bible for their own agenda. That's not who God is. He created you before the foundations of the earth. He brought you into your mother's womb and brought you forth on the day you were born. He numbered your days and wrote them in as book. He knew every single screw up you'd ever make and had your back and your future.
