Jet Slide is far better because all six strings can be covered and it only takes a short time to get used to flicking it out of the way.

For me, the problem has not been playing slide, but finding the right ring for the right part of my finger. I see that you're just like me, in that, you utilize the top part of your finger to slide. However, I use my ring finger as where you use your middle finger. Either way, the problem is comfort and location and most slides are made to restrict the entire finger, so that leaves me out. This could be the thing that I am looking for in order to complete my slide game.
