I'm a domestic violence survivor - both as a child and an adult in my own romantic life. This woman enrages me. As a general rule, I avoid victim blaming at all costs. I spent many years repeatedly having to prove I was indeed traumatized. I was diagnosed with PTSD two and a half decades ago at the age of 12 back when it was much more difficult to receive that diagnosis (not that it was impossible - simply wasn't recognized nearly as much as it is now). There weren't any supports for me back then because all of the groups and such were geared to veterans so I didn't fit in haha. My only real option was seven years of intensive therapy with my psychiatrist, psychologist, and a social worker. Sometimes I went as frequently as weekly. They were all fabulous and it was very hard work. Working through trauma was basically re-living it again and again. I really hate judging people because I was judged a lot myself. Okay, back on task, I'll try to hurry up and get to my point 😅 She very obviously has borderline personality disorder. The hallmarks of BPD include self-sabotage, sabotaging relationships we value most, lying, manipulation, and being especially dramatic. You can tell she's lying because she has far too many details about insignificant stuff. She's constantly filling and fluffing her testimony up unnecessarily. She's also trying to paint a picture for the jurors and recounting events in a very artful way - it's just not needed. Tell them the straight facts in the simplest terms possible. If the abuse did in fact happen, it doesn't need augmentation. People can often tell if you're being genuine and the truth, stripped down, is often more than enough to shock people. Amber Heard makes a mockery of every last one of us who have been through it and have clawed our way out of that pit. She's making things exponentially more difficult for the rest of us who are still fighting for our own safety and sanctuary. I seriously hope the jurors have clear minds, keen senses, and make the right call.

She obviously thought he'd settle out of court to avoid all the publicity, I'm so pleased this is happening and the whole world can witness her making an absolute fool out of herself.

She admits to cutting his finger off. That's when I stopped listening to the recording. There is more. She is leaving a MEGA portion of it out.

I've never seen anyone so obvious that they are making up elaborate stories. The amount of details she is telling is the first sign she is making all of this up. You don't remember things like this when you experience things from years back. You remember how you felt and the main actions that were taking place. Luckily, as committed she is to her lies she is equally unintelligent about the way she is delivering them. She is also rushed and desperate to be convincing in such an extreme way that she gives herself away. Addressing the jury so intensely does not help her either, it shows she has a strong motive behind what she is doing. Her feelings don't feel like feelings. They are surface level expressions that have zero connection to any kind of authenticity. She's not actually feeling anything except desperation that her lies are being believed. She knows what she doing is wrong and that's why it's so uncomfortable to watch. We are seeing right here in front of us how she goes about life in general. That she will go to any lengths to get what she wants, no matter how damaging it is to others or to herself. She will gladly try to ruin someone else's life to gain control, money, attention, whatever it is that her ego is craving. And she will go to any lengths to cover it up. But she is not good at it when seen under this close of a microscope, all of her games are in plane site. Her ego is fighting for it's life and it's extremely hard to watch.

Everything she said is completely different to what was going on and could be heard in a recording of the time after the incident. Including the fact that it was obvious from the recording that she was recording it. It is simply unbelievable that someone, anyone, can lie like this.

Listening to this woman claim abuse turns my stomach. As a DV survivor and never speaking about it, I truly feel bad for JD. He doesn't want to look at her or acknowledge her. You can see he's uncomfortable. The vile things this woman has done to him while he was vulnerable by breaking trust by the very person that claims to love you. Taking pictures while you sleep. I would be seriously creeped out if someone did that. Exposing his privacy of being in his own home or place of safe haven, blackmailing, and lying to further her agenda.
