She can take pictures of Johnny sleeping and in bad situations, but she's not going to take pictures of her injuries after she says she was punched and slapped again and again.

One of the things I find incredible and unbelievable, is when she describes the sexual abuse act , she says that Johnny sexually abused her with a bottle , that’s feasible , then she says she didn’t know if it was a broken bottle , and that she couldn’t feel anything , I’m a woman and I would definitely know if I was being abused by a broken bottle in my vagina , if she had been sexually abused with a bottle and she was bleeding , ( she testified to this ) , wouldn’t the safest and most sensible thing to do would be to go to hospital or a doctor , as sexual assault and interpersonal violence require specialised treatment , Amber locked herself in her room , so she said . She says she didn’t know if it was a broken bottle that she was abused with , REALLY , the neck of a broken bottle would cause deep cuts and tears into the vaginal wall , which would need medical attention , and the pain would be unbearable. She testified she couldn’t feel anything . Any woman who has been sexually assaulted would know how painful it would be . Her story isn’t adding up . I truly wish that Johnnys team could get a professional medical opinion on this , because to me her accusations are outrageous.

So, Dr. Kipper, her nurse, Jerry, and Ben all saw her after she had just sustained all this abuse in Australia and instead of treating her for her massive injuries and getting her help, they gave her a sedative and made arrangements for her to go home.

Johnny goes into the bathroom and bedrooms to get away from her and messages Dr. Kipper telling him about her crazy rampage! There is recorded audio of her asking Dr. Kipper "Did I do all this?!" and Dr. Kipper and nurse Debby Lloyd discussing her medication and her psychosis. Dr. Kipper says "She knows what she's doing! Jerry Judge and Ben King arrive and give her antipsychotic meds! They rush Johnny to hospital and he tells them to get her the hell away from him, take her back to LA.

She's under oath right? She's blatantly committing perjury, and because she's a rich celeb she won't get charged. What a fair and trustworthy court system 👏👏

And yet she STILL had no tears, no redness, no messed up make up, no puffy eyes or a super runny nose with how hard she was going. Her lawyers guided her the entire way. And for someone so trigger happy with a camera during their entire relationship, even before being married, she hardly took pictures when it mattered most. No pictures of her beat up face from a million incidents, no pictures of a broken nose, no picture of hand marks on her arms, no pictures so fsr of these cheating texts to another woman, pictures of her scalp with no hair ripped out but the hair on the floor like she couldn't have cut it, no pictures of anything but him passed out, and pictures of rooms and damage (that they both could have created). No medical records of a broken nose. You simply cannot have a broken nose and not see a doctor or go to the hospital for it. She also said she wasn't sure it was broken but then realized it was. You would know. She wouldn’t have been penetrated with a bottle and not have to go to the hospital as well. She'd need stitches. She's so afraid of him yet threw his wallet and phone out the window? And admitted to starting physical fights and mocked him and belittled him when he tried to walk away and said she hits him and then called him a baby when he said he didn't want physical fights. This is such a mess and so gross. She constantly references his kids to seem motherly and nurturing and to trigger him and manipulate everyone else. The heavy, exaggerated breathing into the microphone. The level of manipulation and attempt at subliminal messaging is so extreme and obvious. Mentioning how Marilyn Manson was playing in the background in Australia. Nice touch Amber’s team. Also, weren’t there like three witnesses that night in Australia? There is an actual audio online of that moment and she is crying how she didn’t mean to and Johnny’s staff is looking for his finger and one of them even says “Amber is no fool. She knows what she is doing.” Are we all really going to pretend none of that is out there? Her lawyers better show that. She is genuinely sick and it’s quite scary watching someone be like this. It’s like Casey Anthony. No one is claiming they didn't have a toxic relationship and that Johnny isn't in the wrong in many ways, but she has lied for six years, pretending to be the sole victim who was a saint when she was not. She is so calculated, exaggerated, vindictive, disgusting, and all while using shock value to manipulate everyone even more. All these sudden new awful claims of sexual assault she is clearly making now because it’s her vindictive way of getting back at him for suing her. The entire time he looks disgusted, angry (especially when she mentions his kids), and shocked by many of her words and her ability to lie and manipulate. At times even laughs at the absurdity. Her sociopathic performances are very triggering. Her millions of lies in the past six years that have been caught now have sadly made her the woman who cried wolf, making nothing she says now believable.

When she started, “breaking down crying,” I was so uncomfortable I busted out laughing. This is insane.

Her describing a glass bottle being forced her in as just ‘pressure’ is all the proof anyone needs she’s lying. Unbelievable. She’s single-handedly put doubt in everyone’s mind when a woman comes forward about their assault.

The scary thing is...I think she might actually believe what she is saying. But let me be clear: NONE of this language ever comes from an actual survivor of abuse. As a survivor of abuse myself, this woman is a slap in the face to all actual victims. This is not how we describe our experience. This is not how we remember things. As a victim of child abuse and a victim of abuse in relationships, she enrages me. Especially recalling her ‘sexual abuse’ stories. That’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do is tell someone of the things that happened to me, and it’s shameful the way she lies about it so easily. I've watched a number of interrogations, this is exactly like how the murderer tries to blame the victim or redirect the blame to someone else. You'll notice how often she goes off the cuff about very irrelevant details. This is a way to add filler to make the lie sound more convincing.

As someone who has "survived" both DV/SA, there is NOT a single fucking day you don't remember, every single detail of the abuse. It doesn't matter how "well" you've put your life together, there will ALWAYS be a word/person/situation/sound/smell and more that can trigger you into a "break-down", at any time. Having to re-tell your testimony, over and over, to numerous counselors/lawyers/psych docs, isn't something done this "easily" no matter how strong you've become. The fact she can so easily lie about something that has debilitated men, women and children all over, breaks my heart for those of us who have struggled to be sane, to put our lives together and stand up. The way she testified today and yesterday, she basically said she was beat to a pulp severely pretty regularly. Yet, her "photographic evidence" does not match that. Her "black eye" looks like poor lighting and possibly a small bruise from an injection. Not a black eye. Your eye and surrounding area swell and get black and blue. Then the tiny red spot on the lip was supposed to be a busted lip? Looks like a spot where the skin got peeled off, not a busted lip. Anytime I have had a fat lip, t was swollen and red all over. Some of the "sexual" violence she described seems so theatrical. Then the plagiarizing of movie scripts, stealing her employees real story of sexual assault to weave her tale of a supposed three day hostage situation. Not a tear shed either. I think Johnny doesn't want to look at her because his abuser is sitting there saying the worst possible things you can say about someone. He seems like he is disassociating.

There is no way in hell that she wouldn’t have had bruises all over her body with the amount of physical abuse she claims he inflicted upon her. I live in Australia & in QLD (the state they were in) & I can 1000% say if the hospital so much as suspected he’d cut his own finger off or even did it accidentally while in a drug fueled rage, he would not of been sent home!! He would’ve had a full physch analysis & been held for at least 72hrs & if he had high levels of drugs in his system & alcohol, no way they would’ve given him morphine like they did too!! Our laws for morphine or any opiates in hospitals are so strict now!! Australians are watching this thinking “OMFG!!!! She read up on everything except our laws & medical/hospital systems” 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ What a sick, twisted b*%ch!!!! Also, our walls are made of cheap, soft plaster!! If he was smashing a phone into the wall even once, his entire hand to his damn elbow would go right through it!! You can see in the photos those walls are just regular plaster like most houses here, not rendered concrete (which would’ve shattered his hand anyway). Most Aussies keep a tub of filler on hand to patch our walls they’re so thin & easy to puncture. We even have these stopper things on the bottom of every internal door cause it you don’t & the door handle so much as taps the wall, you’ll get a deep dent if it doesn’t go through completely…. Bottom line, it’s IMPOSSIBLE for him to of been smashing that phone “over & over” till it “was disappearing being smashed to smitherines” without his entire friggin arm going right through the wall damn near to his elbow. Ive been loving rewatching this train wreck of a trial, specifically Asmons responses to it. I have been really paying attention on how Camilla Vazquez (JD BAMF Lawyer) composed herself and how she objected, and just her way of working, and she really has a way with her voice in this trial specifically. She spoke gently and objected with a compassionate tone and was gentle at first then when it came to the end of the trial she took not a single bullshit comment or response, just a complete badass out for the truth. It is such a great turn.

It's amazing to me how even when she seems like she's really crying, she's not shedding a single tear. Man, i am really afraid of victim blaming and all, but i just can't believe any word she says. That and all the evidence against her of course..... I just feel like they were definitely in a toxic relationship; horrible things were said, probably by Johnny as well, but she was definitely the one who instigated all. Anyone receiving this level of multiple facial traumas like this would never be able to be camera ready 24 hours later. The amount of swelling that would be involved with 2 black eyes and a broken nose cannot be covered up by makeup. It would have taken DAYS for the swelling to go down, not hours. Any medical professional can tell you that. Answer me this: if she was so battered on so many occasions, then why does the couple’s therapist notes and testimony state that JD would often leave the arguments? Her notes also state that AH would often start a physical altercation to keep JD from leaving the arguments. Why would a battered spouse chase their abuser from room to room? Multiple witnesses have seen AH chase JD. Victims do not pursue their abusers.

As someone who can end up crying over pretty much anything emotional, it's hard to feel sympathy for Amber Heard. The things she says sound unnaturally over the top and way she talks about these horrific stories sounds like she doesn't feel anything at all towards them. Even for people that are dissociating, the way that they talk will still reflect the dissociation, but there just isn't any of that here either. It's like a robot reading a story and mimicking human emotions without knowing what those emotions are.

I've been on a Jury with a sad case of domestic abuse and yes I only have my one example so perhaps not scientific, but the lady didn't sound anything like this...she was to the point, very matter of fact and direct in her accounts of the abuse she received. Had evidence of the bruising, cuts, swelling etc of a catalogue of events..literally the opposite of this charade Amber is orchestrating. Absolutely shameful!

Omg, there’s a moment that happens a little after 3:01 where she’s crying and talking and gets interrupted by Depp’s lawyer. And you can totally see her immediately stop crying and look at the judge like “oh what now?” and then immediately go back like she’s still super emotional. I hope the jury noticed when she started to say "it took a lot of time" when talking about the words written around the house, before catching herself and correcting it to "he must have taken a lot of time". I started out on her side. The stereotype of men getting away with things if they are rich or famous. I don't pay attention to Hollywood drama. I am also a person of great empathy. I don't even watch trials for that reason. But I happened on this trial (now, a year later) and watched this one. It took only a few minutes of her testimony to doubt her, and by the time she was done with her story "I call bullchit!" The incredible amount of inconsistencies, combined with her terrible 'acting', and omg case closed! How could anyone believe this. The way she takes pieces of his testimony "the bottle flew past my head (same gesture Johnny did) at great velocity and broke behind me" Then she ends up wearing the same suits he does a day or two later. Menswear. Johnny admitted even the embarrassing and bizarre thing he did. The writing with his bloody finger - omg - that is 😲 being in shock. It looked so horribly injured I can only hope he means with a rag over the tip. - Everyone is medicating the simpleton. Poor Amber.

It's crazy how she doesn't have photo's or medical bills. I was in an abusive relationship. My ex was choking me against the hard wood floor and I was in between blacking out. I ran for the door, got in my car, turned my phone off and went to the hospital and never went back. My purse, keys and vehicle were in my possession and everything else was replaceable. My life or sanity wasn't. I would of ended up in jail or dead if I stayed. Also have medical records, x-rays, and pictures. Where is that Amber?
