I think what’s so great about this podcast is obviously the hosts are dope, but they have so many connections to people in skating and action sports as well as comedy, that these feel so much friendlier and more organic than some random journalist trying to ask really general questions about those worlds. I love other types of interviews that are more focused as well, but this is a very unique and special form to be able to see people interact more naturally I think. Almost like being a fly on the wall for all these guys catching up over coffee or a burger or something.

I spent so much of my childhood playing THPS, eventually owned all of them but THUG And THUG 2 are Exceptional!! And Exactly with wee man and bam and Steve o. I never understood how he wasn’t in it he’s arguably the face of the whole scene

The dinner plate story is so funny. I’ve heard him talk about stuff on here that he’s never mentioned in any other interviews. This was such a good episode! I also strongly believe now that Somewhere by Sofia Coppola is based on Knoxville and his oldest daughter. How interesting!

I have watched three or four of these, you guys… And I just want to say thank you so much… I grew up in the 60s in the 70s in Garden Grove California… My very first skateboard… A black knight… From Kmart… With clay wheels… My first pair of urethane wheels was purchased from the hobby store on layaway And I will never forget when Tony Alva popped out of the pool I was born in 63. I know it’s unlikely that any of you will get this, but I need it so… To leave a comment… To promote the algorithm… This show is so entertaining and informative and emotional. It meets all my criteria lol.

I love the fact that this pod exists. Because of the beef that Wolf had woth hawk back in the day. It is really cool of tony to recognize that and instead of being a dick; he extended the olive branch. Most people dont know the drama that happened between these two back in the day, driven by the kill-or-be-killed mentality of the skate industry back in the day. It is really cool. We all need to be more open minded to our peer in every industry.

@@coliimusic Nah I find it odd. Memorial day is just one day while a sexual orientation gets a whole month, it's absurd to me. This isn't even isolated in the US either, it's the whole of Europe and other places as well, it's madness and it's a cult at this point. I have nothing against any sexual orientation but forcing it down peoples throats is just crazy to me. And honestly I would say abolish every awareness month, we only have 12 months, will we start overlapping stuff in the same month in the near future? Let's get a grip and reduce our awareness back to a day or a couple of hours with a nice parade.

I didn't expect it, but Wolf is how I was when someone wanted to or acted like they wanted to fight me. I would get intimidated and feel bad that they wanted to try and hurt me. Even though I trained martial arts, it didn't help, until years later, but I still feel bad that someone would want to. But it eventually helped in some ways, they if someone is trying to intimidate, they rarely want to actually fight.

i was skating home from school one day and i hit a stop rock going really fast and i had like 30lbs of books in my back pack. i was so pissed off about hitting my head that it took a minute to realize i broke my collar bone. then the real pain kicked in.

2 years ago had a pretty bad head injury mt biking,,, if you do another interview or know of Knox talking about treatment .. side affects and how long afterwards he noticed the focus issues.. or way to contact and ask.. great video and made me think about how my head injury may have affected me in two areas at work ..

I'm a skater, wrestler, and I fight a lot. My last bad concussion actually took me at least two years to recover from. If I am even the same now. Idk. I had many concussions before, then that last bad one really changed how I look at head trauma. I started with football way back, then I just kept putting my brain in the line. Be careful youngsters.
