You jest, but actually, I was reading an expose about 10 years back on CIA methods to drive people insane. They had hacked someone's devices so they were feeding them wrong game scores and wrong weather information among other things that drove them to question their grasp on reality. So even if you have a disclaimer, that is not to say that for nefarious or completely unrelated reasons someone may not become suicidal in the future. Human psyches can be incredibly fragile. And you may force people to commit suicide by threatening other consequences if they don't. The Russians have been known to do this.
