68 year old veteran of the US Army and now a BTS Army.....Their positivity, talent, love for humanity and their wonderful music has been inspiring me for over 8 years now. To be honest, I do not go a day without checking out their content and those of reactors who have fallen down the rabbit hole of BTS. I had just lost my Mom when I was looking for some songs to play at her funeral when I came across BTS for the first time and I found it ironic that the saying goes that you find BTS when you need them most. I fell in the rabbit hold immediately. Jin was my first BIAS and then once I got to know each member I found myself calling all of them my bias wreckers. I love all the members but I will admit that I find Jin and Jimin the most comical especially when they are together. I have found that each member has traits that I find endearing . Tae with his off the wall charm, JK's doe eyes and innocence, Suga with his acting tough but is a teddy bear, J-Hopes sunshine, and RM's leadership have formed one of the most enchanting group of artists that I have seen in all my years on this earth, Am hoping to still be around in 2025 to witness their reunion and comeback.

42 year old new ARMY here, and I just found them...or rather, THEY found me at the perfect time. My mother was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and is now living with me. It's been a tough and stressful 8 months, because I'm doing this all alone with no help from any of my siblings, who couldn't be bothered to look after her and think that she's become a burden to them. It's become so bad that I'm now in therapy to deal with all the stress and emotions that come with the realization that my precious mommy will eventually forget who I am. About 2 months ago I just randomly clicked on Jimin's Set me free pt2 MV, and the lyrics somehow spoke to me. Now I'd heard of BTS before, but since I was never into K-pop or pop music in general, heck I couldn't tell you what ONE of Taylor Swift's songs is, I never really paid them any attention at all (I listen to mostly Dancehall, Classical music, Rock, Chinese ballads and South African rap in vernacular). However, something about Jimin drew me in, and that's how I fell down the BTS rabbit hole. At first I thought that Jimin was my bias but then a week later Yoongi blew that theory out the water, a week after that I was all about Jin, then Hobi crept into my heart lol. Once I learned who all 7 members are and what they stand for, I've fallen in love with ALL of them because each one of them brings a different kind of charm, although I will say that the rap line hits ME a little different, especially RM. They're like the 7 daily endorphin shots I didn't know I needed until I found them. Now I can't go a day without listening to their music, and have started watching RUN BTS episodes from the very first one. I plan to watch Bon Voyage and In the Soop as well, just to keep me going until they are all back next year. Sorry for writing so long, but I have to also add that I've never been a part of any fandom before because I never really cared enough to delve this deeply into an artist that I liked or loved, and also because I had the silly idea that most fandoms consist of screaming teen girls (BOY WAS I WRONG). I have to say that I am so happy to be a part of THIS fandom, where the fans are as amazing as the artists themselves, and have really taken to heart, and continue to spread the message of positivity, acceptance, self love, and strength that are the core values of these 7 incredible young gentlemen.

Jin is a beautiful man and human being. I am waiting for his return. Now that my son is in college, my 7 adopted korean sons make my days so much better 😊

Jin just keeps me laughing with his rants. He is the only one in the group that yells like this and gets away with it. I'm laughing my head off... I can't imagine what he is like in the military... hope he is some what the same when he returns.

I love Jin, best hyung, best singer, best comedian😅..In all honesty Jin is like a human lantern he is just so warm, and his social/emotional intelligrnce is actually insane if you really pay attention..💜.

I know that there is some not so great stuff that happens sometimes, but if you have as many fans as BTS, there's bound to be some extreme ones in the mix...that's just the odds. I'm so proud to be alive with BTS and ARMY!

I love how Jin is so sarcastic and straightforward and makes us all laugh! I especially love when he laughs at his own jokes! Suga cooks well with Jin so he’s the other one I would trust with a knife. Basically just Namjoon. lol! I love each and every one of them for different reasons! Jimin and Jin are so funny because Jimin really does sound like he’s whining and points out the treadmill to get Jin in trouble 😂. RM, a magnificent eloquent, talented artist who still pretends like he doesn’t care and then says the opposite sometimes, Jungkook with his doe eyes and mischievous smile, Tae who is so unique one can never tell if he’s serious or joking or acting, Suga who just takes what’s thrown at him by Jin, and last but definitely not least, J-Hope who keeps smiling and laughing with his whole body at almost any member! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜😂🥰🫰🏻

I love BTS they are so positive even when the world goes mad they encourage , inspire and their talent is off the scales, Jin is so funny 😅❤💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

I always start my morning happy because one of my first things is watching Jin's Astronaut live performance - that sets the tone for my day. I love Jin - he is the caring oldest brother who is at the same time the goofiest member that the others can tease and play pranks on. His machine-gun delivery when exercised is so funny and his windshield wiper laugh is so infectious. And yes, everybody feels scared when Namjoon is holding a knife - amazing that their fearless leader, 148 IQ and all, is also their clumsiest member to the extent that they called him the Great Destroyer, lol!

I agree with you, too much drama in this world! I too, have turned my attention to where I find laughter and where I listen to songs that I truly enjoy! Ironically, my daughter served in the Air Force and had been a huge fan of K Pop and K Drama while serving in South Korea and then in Japan. Thus, she turned me on to it. I laugh , I cry, I totally am sucked into all the different genre! I love Jin, I love them all . Now my grand kids are sucked in to the K pop and K drama! There's also the fact I have a huge family. And these moments you share often reminds me of the simple times in life that make us laugh and enjoy good things in life with my own family. And it also proves in most cases , we are more alike than different! And what makes us different isn't how we look personally! It's actually what makes us unique as individuals... that spices it up. I love people in general around the world . And find beauty in just about anyone... except those whom harm and hate and corrupt the joy in life! Keep doing what you do , sharing the laughter of real life moments! It's even great for my 64 years old self! 😊
