I am presenting a full career path for Intermediate and A-level qualified girls from Karachi in this video. Students will first get a world class Bachelor of Education degree, followed by a job at a transformed public school, which can also be converted into a Grade-16 government teacher post upon clearing the teaching licensing test (for B.Ed. graduates only). Starting pay would be equivalent to that of a banker, lawyer or engineer!

It's really a big step and highly appreciable. Such teacher-training institute is required in every city @shahzad Roy. Nothing has damaged our new generation more than the schools with untrained, unprofessional and amature teachers. A licensed teacher must be inducted in every school. Im a teacher, having an experience of 30 years but whatever I have learned is all through the ups and downs of my professional life.
