That was an exciting race yesterday! I was screaming at all of the restarts. It was not a clown show, it was authentic racing, you press the gas, you burn more gas. My heart was pounding.

There was another officiating blunder yall missed. Chase Elliot, 1st infield spin, didn’t pit initially and then started to pass the field on the apron. Nascar opened pit road and Chase merged into traffic around 10-12 I think. Then he cycled in the pit group. Jeff Burton pointed it out initially then the tv team didn’t go back to it.

I’m a 77 fan and I was shocked they ignored the 21 incident but I wonder if we will have fines and suspensions Tuesday

My wife, who doesn’t care to watch the races with me normally, forced herself to stay up to see the end because she HAD TO KNOW what happened and who was gonna run out of gas. The way it played out made it exciting. Also let’s not forget that we already tried to limit the number of GWC restarts. Everyone hated it and that’s why we changed to unlimited tries. It’s just better this way.

I don't remember if Joey was having to save fuel at the end of the race, but his win at Watkins Glen had Kevin Harvick run out of gas coming to the checkers allowing Joey to pass and win the race.

The truck race this week was amazing . I can't tell you how this race finished because I don't have hotel cable with USA network on it. Nascar has to start showing the race on the app

This explanation of Kyle Busch getting his spot back is entirely inconsistent. Like great attempt at justifying it, but they didnt accomplish actually justifying it. It's wrong.

It seems like Nascar wanted a new winner. They gave Busch that insane restart position, and the way Reddick was basically about to burst into tears after the race, it seemed like he was told not to take the lead and give the win to Logano. Not being able to get the job done isn't going to make you cry, but being told to lose would IMO. Not to mention Logano's unbelievable fuel mileage.

I was there at that race.. the 22 was is the back half of the pack.. he got up there at the end with the tire call.. so mostly he probably used less fuel earlier on letting them gain just a little more in each pit stop until the end and he gets track position.. and others that ran up front all day ran out of gas.. Briscoe was in the high lane like larson was with Hamlin and Hamlin took off and larson ran out.. it's possible

Who think there could be a correlation between this gas thing with Logano vs. what we saw at Gateway with Blaney? The team seemed oddly dumbfounded like they lost track of something then this happens?

Im gonna go out on a limb and say fuel savings was in their computer programming for fuel management. I may be way of base but its possible

It should be a bigger penalty for running out of fuel and stacking up cars. Kinda like it was for losing a wheel

It bothers me that we spend more time talking about 16th in a playoff oriented standings than we do the race for the points leader, the top 5, the top 10 and how's actually having solid seasons, making improvements year to year and through the season. No because of the systen you gotta be average to get coverage and talked about just to get to the playoffs and not really have a shot anyway because you aren't running well enough to be a championship threat. And if someone is suddenly good do you even WANT a dude who was only barely good enough to make the playoffs to represent the sport and the season as champion? I mean I don't regardless of who it is. I'm sure many people's answer would be dependant on whether they like the driver who does it. But ugh. I wish other racing series had more races so I could pay attention more to them.

GWC and the late restarts undo way to much of what the drivers have done to earn a top position throughout the race itself. I don't want to see chaos of random guy that happened to be running 28th suddenly being top 5 because the restarts keep causing accidents before the white flag. I'd offer a solution of anybody not already in the top 10, there race is over at the original distance. You get involved in an accident or otherwise bring out a caution in overtime, you are immediately pulled from the race scored in the position of last car on your lap. If we are going to have a clown show, NASCAR might as well randomly lineup the field and just say the race is going to be 2 laps. (More than GWC) Cup series could run 10 races a weekend each with a randomly assigned starting position!

Nascar thinks we are all ignorant..There's no way that Logano could have had the fuel to finish the race..He pit on the same lap as Denny,Larson,Truex,etc..Those drivers all ran out of fuel,but Logano didn't?😂..Come on people..Briscoe had pit 3 laps after Logano and He still ran out.. Doesn't work that way,and statistically impossible...The fix was in...... Its called setting live bet traps,And its obvious...Who do you think all the money was on? Everybody except Logano...

I'd say 50%. First half was not good and second half was good . 50-50

Notta KB fan by any means but damn his luck has been awful & I'm sure he's hating the decision of going to RCR now. The team has just been a dumpster fire since the middle of last year.

Could Jeffy Gluck hide his dislike for Logano a little better? He has always been an ass, imo. And Bob Pock. a guy that likes to light the match with supposed controversy and he benefits from it, imo. He seems to huff and puff and fuel the fires when it is JL, whatever the bs is.
