Thank you Ellie, it’s a reminder of a lovely day, I wish I could do it all again, but I would spend too much! It was nice meeting you on Saturday ( I was knitting the stripy sock) in the podcasters meet. I am now watching all the other podcasters as there was a gold coloured shawl that I really liked, but I can’t remember the vendor, think it was honeycomb and lace too 😁

So much fun! It was the next best thing to being there. Loved seeing so many of my favorite podcasters. Didn’t the stalls of Giddy Yarns and Stitched by Mrs. D look fabulous? I spied James and Lizzie in the background when you were speaking with Paula. Looks like Jensen was keeping you on your toes! He has the most angelic face. Your jumper is so pretty. The fit is enviable. It’s a skill that I’m still trying to improve upon. I loved watching Jenson exploring. 🌸🧶

Thank you so much! I feel like it took me a while to work out what fit I like to have. I am sure you already know this, but my tip is to measure your clothes and work out the positive or negative ease you like to wear before deciding on what size to choose as patterns often suggest massive amounts of ease and I just don't like wearing that much fabric, being a curvy girl. Knitting something that was really large really used to put me off garment knitting x x

Ooh what a lovely treat Ellie! There aren’t that many yarn festivals here in Australia and definitely not in my little island state of Tasmania - if and when we make another trek across the world going to a yarn festival will be one of my top priorities 😊

Thank you so much for taking us along with you to the yarn festival. We used to have a big yarn & craft show every year in may which I loved , however they don’t have it anymore as the vendors who used to attend from the Eastern states & come over to the Western Australia❤, wouldn’t come any more as they made the purchase of a spot far too expensive for them to make it worthwhile! 😢. It was lovely also to see Ali & Helen as they are my favourite podcasters along with yourself, that I never miss an episode 👏. Your jumper that you have just completed is gorgeous & the color pink is lovely! Unusual for you though I thought! I hope Adam coped ok looking after little Jensen as he seemed like he was having a really great time!! Cheers Ellie, 🤗💕👏❤️🥰😍
