1) Double the time for productive tasks include tasks such as reading, studying, etc. But, 'half the time for unproductive tasks' means, let me explain it to you through an example- say today your screen time is 8 hours so tomorrow which means on day 1 it should be less than 4 hours, but it's only for day 1 and for the rest days just decrease it until you think you can't get below this.
2) 20-30 minutes workout on day 1, slowly increase it but the main thing is please don't do the the workout that will make you look like a beast like you can understand what I'm trying to say.... instead do cardio exercises, agility and endurance workouts, jogging, etc. but please for God's sake don't do those workout.
3) Complete your to-do list, for day 1 just make a easy one but as the days pass increase the difficulty level.
4) Praying before eating meal, please bro at least show gratitude towards the food that keeps you alive.
5) meditate for 10 minutes, as it'll help for the peace of mind.
6) Control your emotions in the highest possible way, the sole reason for this one is that it was your emotions only which were stopping you from reaching your full potential.
7) Here comes an important one, you must bann every bad addiction and if you can't than you will be instantly disallowed to continue in exams.
8) The last one is to solve a brain triggering problem each day, you can start with an easy one for the first day but you must increase level of difficulty as you proceed further, and if you can't answer a question correctly, don't worry you can get wrong answers for 5 questions (only).
