I love this concept, and the requirements for joining the Council is perfect. But a few things: 1. If you were to kidnap a student council member and make her a mind slave to attack Megami, Kuroko would be the best choice, I feel (due to her "being jealous of megami"). 2. What you did to join the SC should apply after you join as well. Ie, you cant be late to class, you have to attend meetings after school, etc etc. 3. The SC members shouldnt trust you immediately after you join 4. There should be a way that a mind slave alone can kill megami Other than that, great concept!

I think you could be able to kill Megami by using a student council, and then stabbing her just like how you kill Raibaru, but you need Megami to be alone because you'll be apprehended if everyone sees you killing her too
