Adam Infinite3 this is going to be a long explanation but the way king crimson works is that when diavolo uses the ability he sees ten seconds into the future and when this happens it forces everyone else to do what was foretold except for diavolo who is unaffected and does what he sees necessary to counter what they do but he cannot interact with the people as long the ability is still in process so to everyone else it does seem like time is erased
