Jesus, Kars' defeat is actually one of the most brutal ones ever. I mean just think about it, being forced to float forever in space unable to move and unable to die to the point where you stop thinking entirely? This is why immortality is a bad idea.

Brennan Lu Actually he can't get incinerated and die. It was implied he is immortal and can't die by any means. Pillar Men were biologically immortal before Kars became literally immortal. Few of Pillar Men died because few catch diseases, viruses and few were killed by hamon users.

Kars is still able to die if he is completely destroyed or incinerated. The lava would have killed him if he didn't think of that foam-armor stuff to buy him a few minutes to escape. And everyone knows stars are on a completely different level than lava, not only because of the heat but the immense gravity as well.

2部は全体的に熱すぎるよな。 JOJO史上最弱のジョセフが頭脳と運を使ってほぼ歴代最強と言える敵を倒したんだもん。 おちゃらけたところとか、ワムウ戦の男らしいところ、1ヶ月しか一緒に居られなかった相棒に涙を流す精神。 こりゃ歴代JOJO好感度第一位も分かるわ

よく考えたらカーズ様ってジョナサン並の肉体とDIO以上の治癒力とジョルノのスタンド同等の能力を持っててなおかつ不死身、波紋力生命力知能指数百倍ってやばすぎだよな それを倒したジョセフが4部でボケジジイ扱いされるのがいたたまれない(4部は好きだけど)

With his superhuman intellect, he surveyed the path of the planets, of Earth, and of the enormity. Hoping that at some point in the future, even if it took a million years, he would find solid ground. But it would not even be that. Even he could not fathom the sheer void separating him from salvation. By the time he could possibly reach solid ground, all the stars in the sky would have burned out, and entropy would render his home as barren as the void. And yet...he would still exist, still living on as the last of the Pillar Men. The last living thing in all creation. There was no exist from this existence. It would NEVER end. That...was the last thought Kars ever had

He gets unfrozen, but because he lost the ability to think by floating in the void for centuries, he can't start acting immediatly. He is now the final villain of another story, as an invincible beast that slowly starts getting more intelligent as he gains his sapience again.

ただ赤石による波紋増幅だけで 助かったのではなく、 赤石が波紋増幅器であることを 知ってから噴火までのごく僅かな 時間で自分が助かることが出来る程の 波紋を練ったジョセフの「スゴ味」も あってこその結果という 主人公としての格も落ちない 素晴らしい場面であると思う。
