You forget that in the Coliseum is Polnareff (literally) and with a key that appears randomly and if you go with Polnareff you will have extra health.

In the Cairo City rooftops stage, if you send people onto the "AIR" sign, the letters will break and fall onto the enemy.

I think that chariot requiem was scrapped, and was only included in the beta. Since I spent decently 2 hours, waiting to see if chariot requiem will appear and put me to sleep. And suprise, nothing happend. All I got was the manga panels and that's it.
