I loved Josuke's era more than any other part in the entire manga and in the anime. The whole plot is unveiled in a rathet wholesome and full of life and everyday surprises, environment. The main protagonist is a classic Jojo (always maintains his introductory character, Josuke is cheery, friendly and helpful towards friends and allies and always determined and with *unbreakable* spirit in life and death-mattering situations), the side-protagonists are all spectacular, like-able and extremely creative, the main villain is phenomenal, creepy and scary without the need to constantly look menacing like the villains of other parts! AND, ALL THE THEMES ARE *FANTASTIC!* I love this *Crazy, Noisy, Bizarre Town* of Morioh more than any other part in the entire Jojo universe! Part 4 truly is Araki's best work!

I mean, compared to its predecessors, it kind of is. The scope is way smaller, the tone is the lightest the series has ever been, and the protagonists are visibly teenagers entering high school, which are all pretty common aspects of slice-of-life anime.

I love how with the translated captions this channel has, we can see that the one time the word/phrase JoJo is said, it doesn’t actually translate to JoJo, meaning this was a play on words originally lost on us because of the language barrier. Brilliant lyrical design on some of these OPs
