It's not only about beauty standard, it's based on jolin's true story. She becomes famous when she was 19, lots of hater criticize her baby fat, her lips, they say it looks like sausage, and her outfit, they call her seafood Queen. She always work hard, try to change hater's comments at that time, she ate food cooked in water only for years, she did very difficult gymnastic actions in live concert, but haters always gonna hate, they made GIF files to make fun of jolin. In recent 10 years, she realizes she only need to cares about herself, no need to please all people, she becomes confidence and powerful. She filmed this mv to share her story, hopefully, it could help less confident people to get through those shits in their life

I love Jolin Tsai's music. A lot of her other recent music videos address important social issues as well. Definitely worth a look/reaction! Also Cormie, I don't understand why people judge how you look. To me there's nothing wrong with you.. I have noticed that Korean society is very looks based, the malicious comments kpop idols get as well are just ridiculous. They get comments on their weight when they barely weigh anything, I never understood why. For reals, don't worry about bad comments because there's really nothing wrong with how you look at all!

YES! thank you for reacting to her latest song! EVERYTHING THAT GOES ON IN THIS MV IS HER LIFE STORY! TT....since debut she has been criticize so much that we as fans felt so unfair for her! from saying she is chubby to her awkward dances to her gymnastics moves for her concerts ( that looked like some circus -.-) then to one of her dresses that was shown on the red carpet that she looked like a squid ( as shown in the video 4.31).blah blah blah! there's so many to tell!!

There are many details in the mv. They come from criticals to Jolin. For example The painter on court: People who hate Jolin say her mouth like sausage.. The face measurement refers to Jolin's baby fat. Jolin performs stunts in the concert. People who hate jolin say that she is only a stunt performer not a singer.
