you have to see the first jollyy LLB movie :) it was based on Salman Khan's hit and run case he ran over 7 people and the case took 10 years to come to a verdict

Jolly played by Arshad Warsi in the first part was an unlucky Lawyer who failed due to his honesty and humbleness but ultimately due to circumstances, won the toughest of the cases with his honesty... this is the second part in the franchise where there' is another siilar lawyer played by Akshay Kumar... I hope that clarifies a bit for you

+ Toma Punk, I think Jolly is a funny lawyer in the beginning, who gets small cases, all until he gets a case against one of the most power full lawyers in the business, and thats when the movie takes a dark turn, again this is what im assuming. And that speech in the end is about events that have happened in India, acid has been thrown on women's faces, because they chose to love and some of the men in the Army has been killed in their sleep

What you are not understanding is: Salman khan, is 50 years old very popular Bollywood actor who is unmarried still now and his marriage and girlfriend's news is always feeding media in this subcontinent. His scandal of personal life turns him as public interest greatly and creates mystery and fun always to his millions of fans. So when Jolly told about this into court, it means he is making fun.
