Right? I can understand why he's taking it personal, I would too! But as a fan of the UFC and of Anik himself I think of that moment as a hilarious meme from a legend of the industry, and I'm sure most of the DMs are not trying to bring him down but just celebrate a funny moment. I wish I could tell him that.

I disagree, people are mainly just taking the piss out of him when he's said for a long time it bothers him because he takes pride in his skill as a commentator and people try to make a mockery out of him. I agree, legendary moment and I'm glad it happened but he regrets it because people won't leave him the fuck alone and he feels like it undermines his career. @@00RV00

@@SuperTucker98 First of all, there's comedy in everything, specially in traumatic events, its a way to face what happened in a safe way. You are nobody to tell other people what can be funny and what cannot, its too subjective. Second, in this case I personally don't laugh about the custody battles themselves, but at the meme: the poor choice of Anik at the moment which caused the viral clip, its a part of the UFC lore. My comment was trying to explain a lot of those DM's Anik has gotten about it are more about the meme rather than trying to burn him for his mistake. Stop policing comedy dude, it doesn't need your policing.

Fun storytime. A few years back a God joined LA galaxy. During his debut he decided that his first ball contact should be a half court karatekick volley straight on goal. As he executes this perfectly and scores the goal the commentator was in disbelief and could only scream out the memorable words "Oh come oooon!!!.... come on!!"" one week laturrr. UFC live, Jon Daniel and Joe working their magic as one of them bearded fellas without a mustash does a sick but eventually useless move. But Joe couldn't contain himself, he has obviously seen the Zlat at work and the awesome commentary that it generated and went for it. "Oh come oooon!!!... come on!!!. Same tone, same timing, same crunch. And after explaining why he got so excited over an eventually useless move Jon said.. "hehe yeah, that's why you said that" Anyone who edits these two events together in one video will automatically generate millions of views :) you're welcome #JoeCommenstealia
