@@Axs_Nice_Hair that is exactly the problem. Cormier was the problem in this clip . he accuses jon to sit on the high horses , but judgdes right down from it. He acts like he is the beacon of morality and forgets the first thing about the code : forgivness. and so Daniel was weighed , he was measured and he was found wanting. Boy was he found wanting . That is a man of grandstanding and big mouthing and not being able to stand his ground when he is tested. i have no respect for that man, but i forgive him.

This is the perfect depiction of the way real life is! Our Real Hero s aren't the Beautiful People who live perfect lives and the picture of Moral High Ground! Our Real Heros are seriously flawed; It's not the Brad Pit looking guy who runs into the burning building to rescue the children on the 3rd floor of a burning building or run towards gunfire or single handed into a gang of Thug' s outnumbered 6 to one to save the pretty damsil in distress! Nope it's the skinny nerd wearing horn rimmed glasses or the middle aged guy with the receding hair line missing his front teeth with a Beer Belly not six pack abbs and suffer boy tanned good looks that are the ones willing to put it in the line to be the hero that saves the day!! Sports is no exception. It's usually the Thuggish type s that come out on top except in the case of Kahbib!! Nothing.Morally wrong with that Russian! People underestimate the impact that steroids have. I personally took roids when I was playing hockey, and my endurance was through the roof. I could play 10 games in 1 night with full energy. This very legitimate animosity they had was so excellent. I truly believe to this day this was the best rivalry we will ever see in this sport because it wasn’t fabricated and they didn’t have to over perform to sell us on this beef they had with each other. These two completed each other in my opinion and their feud made their careers so epic to watch. You’ve got DC on one hand, The epitome of the good guy an Olympic level athlete who was a true fan of the sport and loved what he did and truly respected his role as champion. Jon on the other hand who could not be a worse person if he tried, especially at the time. Being a known drunk driver, hitting his wife, and running people over with his car amongst other legitimately terrible things that Jon has done. Jon couldn’t have been a greater heel if he tried, and the irony is I feel like he didn’t try at all, this is just who Jon was at the time. This was Jon going full sociopath like “I will win I simply refuse to lose this fight.” And I feel like even the way I describe it doesn’t do this justice, it was that epic lol. It helps too that I was a teenager during all this so I absolutely look upon these fights with very fond memories.
