@gabron8845 No doubt. But not in a way that puts all sides on equal footing. That only discourages people from effectively participating in matters that ultimately affect their lives. So yes, call out the wrong, but at the same time highlight the differences, so that you don't leave your audience feeling as if all sides are equally bad, and that it doesn't really make any difference who you vote for. One should not assume that everyone in their audience will sift the entire body of political news and will put this clip next to millions of others videos/articles and will make an informed comparison for themselves and come to a conclusion. For many, this could be their only source of news. For them, the conclusion will be all sides (or at least both major parties) are equally bad. So they either will not vote, or will throw their vote in trash by voting for someone who for sure will not get elected, thus helping the worse of the two major parties. I am not delusional. I understand Democrats have many flaws. I believe no Democrat should defend Menendez, the same way no Republican should defend Trump. But look at how the two parties behave in these two situations.
