Things only get worse because nobody gives a damn what happens to that side of society. The end result, is the number of people dependent on your tax dollars for government aid continues to grow. Of course, you'll complain, blame others for your problem with where your tax dollars are going, but by ignoring the real problem that the system is designed for that community to fail you are only making it so that more and more of your money is spent on government aid programs.
