@Cole Pratt This is one of the most hatred spewing, lying and divisive networks there are. I would rate Al Jazeera news better than this, and I barely watch that. I find it funny how much they get debunked, even by their own people.
@KnightSavron4 жыл бұрын
@Cole Pratt For one, tucker carlson was debunked by scientist bill nye, megyn kelly was debunked when she falsely claimed Jesus was white and santa clause was white and will always be white. Bill o reilly was debunked by this black guy who worked for the government, I don't remember his name. There are numerous times they were debunked. Look it up if you don't believe me.... I'll wait
@KnightSavron4 жыл бұрын
@Cole Pratt It's literally on youtube, where do you think I got it? By the way, if you look up the original history of the concept of santa claus, the man that it was derived from was never white. Before you even comment I have no evidence, search this up "times fox news hosts were debunked" and there is actually a video featuring a compilation. So, I will the say the same thing you said to me, try again, look it up, and prove to me that I'm wrong or as a man named stephen crowder once said, "change my mind", if you can.

Fox News has been leading one of the most blatant misinformation campaigns for the US for 40 years. Republican voters are STATISTICALLY less educated than democratic voters and are super easy to manipulate VIA Fox News. Really unfortunate, the majority of educated democrats don’t even blame Republican voters anymore, they simply have been given such a small viewpoint and it probably will never change on a huge scale. Doesn’t really matter though because republicans are already dwarfed by democrats in number, they just need to get out and vote and help these poor, stupid republicans from voting for leaders who help the rich lol

It's amazing seeing Jon Stewart get so aggressive in a debate, but still be friendly and kind, and make such a strong effort to try and understand the opinion O'reilly is expressing. Whereas O'Reilly would just be openly nasty and bully-ish and expect the people around him to just accept it.

I don't even like bill o reilly, but he's right sometimes , and on this. He's a blowhard and an a hole and a jerk often times. But on this topic he's cleary correct. You seem to make the argument that orielly wasn't consistent in this, but it's Stewart And you that don't understand what being consistent actually is. Yeah o’reilly is just being hostile and bombastic from the start and Stewart gets visibly frustrated at times . . But he just keeps killing bill with kindness. It’s genius. When Trump is out of office, I pray some normalcy can come back ... but I know that the Republican Party will still be the Party of Trump, as that's their ONLY identity. To tell you the truth: Trump isn't the WORST President this country has ever had. He's up there, but we had John Tyler, James Buchanan, Andrew Jackson: open pro-slavers. Richard Nixon was responsible for the Vietnam War, and George W Bush for the Iraq War, both of which are responsible for thousands of deaths (and war crimes) on their hands. Trump, at the very least, hasn't started any wars or been openly pro-slavery ... that's as close to a compliment I'll give to him. Trump, at best, is incompetent and is unqualified for the job. At worst, he's a megalomaniac who fashions himself a monarch (not a Traditional Fascist, a King, there's a difference). If he weren't intolerant, he could do WAY more damage ... the real problem comes from the Party that supports him. The Republicans have had SEVERAL chances to kick this man out of office and put Pence or anyone else in charge (maybe with horrible political views, but at least Pence is competent enough not to blast Twitter-storm hissy-fits online). I don't know the point I'm trying to make ... things could be better, things could be worse?

@@dylanmiller1475 POLARIZING: While these two were debating, the Tea Party movement in 2009 - sponsored by the billionaire brothers Koch via Americans for Prosperity were polarizing AF. You know, the first thing the right and 'blue colors' was scammed and tricked by (before Trump and the new QAnon cult). You can thank the GOP with Newt Gingrich as chief backed up by conservative talk radio and FOX News in the 1990s and especially Newt Gingrich's 'list of negative words' from 1996 for the spiral of hate, populism, DIVISION and negative polarisation in politics and american society! Because they all knew then, that the natural evolution of society (in the US and the West) has been 'kind of pink' since the early 90s. And the GOP would have difficulty to ever win back the power again with 'old' conservative ideology. So they needed to change the narrative and political rhetoric - you could no longer just disagree and still work together on the things and politics you agreed on, no you were now enemies. It was 'them against us'. Media changed at the same time (24/7 cable news) and made politics like sport and entertainment. They knew times were changing and more and more peoples' thoughts and way of living (thankfully) was getting more and more 'liberal' - you know, equal rights for minorities, women, gays, workers and americans was/is (thankfully) becoming less religious.
