@@enshk79 I’m a pretty calm guy but one time our new neighbour was putting up a fence and her and the handyman I guess came to my door to ask if I could move my project car. I said I could, and he says oh I was just in it and tried to start it. I’ve never, ever, ever yelled louder, or longer at someone in my life. I was behind my security door and the key was out and hanging on a hook up high so our kids couldn’t unlock it, and I am grateful because I now understand what people mean when they say they black out in a fit of range because I could see myself grabbing him and destroying him.

its not just their professionalism in the industry, but the ethical commitment to making sure food is done right. because its FOOD AND DRINKS. i feel like so many restaurants ultimately forget that food is meant to be enjoyed, and more importantly, needs to be safe to consume. and some people chase money more than that ethic.

Imagine not being a belligerent drunkard but just a normal customer and the owner does that to you. The young man asking for water was being normal. Wow. I would throw the money I owed over the bar, get up and leave. That is SOOOOO uncomfortable.

I pay for each drink, never run a tab, and that is the exact reason why. I used to work in a pub and my boss used to come in and complain to me about stupid things that didn't pertain to my job at all...while I was off shift, I got up and left, every time. The next day he'd always apologize (I had told him I don't want to hear about his life problems) and say it wouldn't happen again. Rinse and repeat

U can tell when Jon is just yelling vs when he’s actually mad and his rage at Mike was 100% real. He wasn’t just yelling and cursing but his voice got lower, and he also growled and talked strangely calm at points and went above and beyond to tear Mike a new ass

First time i saw Jon Taffer , i was very critical and saw him as he is not , thought him of a spinoff and spitting on people , then i watched season one of the show , and changed my mind entirely , Jon Taffer cares , he helps , and he loves his job , i totaly respect him and his team , man is a legend , and he knows his business .
