Continuation: A chilly breeze tickled the hairs on Jonah's neck as he strolled hesitantly towards the main gate. A guard stood by the entrance on the others side of the rusty fence; his gun pointed at the man's feet. The prisoners heard a sharp echoing sound; the gunshot was felt by every one of the men. No eye was dry that day. I don't even know what I'm saying... Just testing.

I absolutely LOVE and ADORE Julie Andrews. She is my idol. After seeing "Sound of Music" for the first time, I knew I wanted to pursue acting and singing as a hobby (or even as a career). I may be wrong, but that speech excersise from Mr. Morgan ist very similar to a scene from a Tom Hanks movie. It`s from "Money Pit" in 1986, where Hanks is stuck in the floor with a carpet. When you listen closely, he repeats a very similar speech.
