I so agree with this. I think he has always been their best vocalist but you can tell from after they disbanded and his time on DNCE he became a very strong and clear singer. Nick has a good voice but he holds his jaw too closed when he sings so he will never have as strong of a voice.

Agreed. I hated “Cool” for the sole reason that they basically turned Joe into Nick’s backup singer. Nick is talented, but his vocal abilities and stage presence don’t compare to Joe’s.

Hades 88 in the live performance for cool a while back both joe and nick sing the chorus of cool in falsetto, Nick sings his alone and Joe sings his completely alone as well and they both sound the same. Cake by the ocean chorus is also sung completely in falsetto and Joe sounds amazing 😍
