Jonathan's middle name is Rashleigh - I worked with a distant cousin of his who's last name was Rashleigh. At one time, it was common for the bride's maiden name be given to one of her children, so it could be that Jonathan's mother's maiden name was Rashleigh. My grandmother's maiden name was given to my father as his middle name.
