►About Jonathan:
Jonathan “Sugarfoot” Moffett has recorded and/or toured with some of the greatest pop artists of our time, including Elton John, Janet Jackson, The Jacksons, Quincy Jones, Diana Ross, Cameo, Lionel Richie, George Michael, Kenny G, Doug Miller, Peter Cetera, Bill Meyers, and Cirque du Soleil, besides guest appearing at popular television shows like The Tonight Show, Good Morning America, Saturday Night Live, and The Arsenio Hall Show.
Among his biggest musical feats, none come close to his extensive work with the all-time greatest pop artists of the last 100 years: Michael Jackson and Madonna. Jonathan toured extensively with Madonna and recorded drums for several of her albums, including “True Blue” and “Like A Prayer”. As for the king of pop himself, Jonathan was his drummer for The Destiny Tour, Triumph Tour, Victory Tour, 1988 Grammy Awards with Michael, HIStory Tour, Michael Jackson: 30th Anniversary Celebration, This Is It, & Cirque’s Immortal World Tour.

@@grosminet2812 micheal woulda made it better and thats the honest truth its sad he felt that way about that song tho he woulda really made it better plus at the timming of the bullshit that the world put him through and not enough of people fitting for him just wanting to scream at him and see him wasnt helping much at all it may of brought his spirits up but if that movie is true that lifetime did yea that shit was planned to kill him i believe fully that he was fucking murdered after all they had his body gaurds who really cared for him away from him

@@grosminet2812 sorry if you cant tell i just seen that movie for the first time last night and ive been pissed since ive watched it all the people im fans of even while at a concert i never was the screaming omg imma pass out type of fan ive always been the type to love em and if i woulda ever met someone i wouldnt treat em no different then i would passing someone along the street or if i waited on em id treat em like a normal person and be nice and respectful to emafter all they are human only thing is they just had more money then i would ever have and money dont make someone who they are it just changes them

Can't explain how impactful and inspiring Sugarfoot has been to my love of music. He is perhaps my single biggest influence on drums. After learning jazz drumming at age 10 in 1980, I eventually lifted my snare high to make my kit more accessible. His timing, crash grabs, bass groove, hi-hat drop delays... all nuggets I found in his style that made me better. I'm 49 today and can't really explain how important SF has been to me. Man crush maybe lol! Regardless, this guy is a living legend. Love ya, Brother!! - Rob
