I feel you. I am a 62yr old recovering family scapegoat. His Keeping me Alive video/song was/is so monumental to my healing journey. I did a mild therapeutic s h r oo m trip and at my peak I kept hearing go put on "Keeping me Alive" Go put on "Keeping me alive." So I listened and followed... my beautiful sister who passed way too young, and also an abused scapegoat came to me and through me, the s h r oom s and Jonathan, I had this incredible self entwined experience of empowerment against our abusers for the both of us. Quite the experience... Best wishes to you.

My favorite of all the new ones. So true. Having seizures from stress. Guess that's holding till you break. Therapist constantly tells me just to breathe. I'm good though. Never feel as if anything is wrong till I'm a fish out of water I suppose. It's a whole new way of life last 9yrs.
