I think you've drawn the P Channel FET wrong. The arrow should be on Source.

+Dragos Puri You are absolutely correct, the link from the arrow (substrate terminal) on the P-Channel device should connect to source, not drain. Thank you for pointing this out. I no longer have access to a tablet PC so I cannot correct this sorry!
