This lure manufacturer is, aka, LIVINGSTON LURES. I once had a whole box of these lures and for some unknown reason, there was a chain reaction. They all started vibrating at once ! I just dropped the box and started running , hoping to avoid cardiac arrest. After months of counseling I'm back on the water? Let this be a warning to the unsuspecting!

As newbies we all fall for this stuff. I once bought a 2" hard plastic fish lure which opened at the middle, you place a pill in it and sinks and floats to the surface on its own. I never knew when or where it was going to surface. We got a good laugh every time it surfaced. Then it hit me, it was the same thing my toy submarine used to do in my bath tub. This was in the 1970's, it was the state of the art in those days according to the ad in Outdoor Life magazine. I wonder if I googled it today, I would find the Ad. I

I'm 44 yrs old. I've been fishing since I was, I'd say seven or eight years old, and I got snagged by the Helicopter Lure and the Flying Lure! The only two times I ever got taken by Infomercials. Flying Lure sucked, I did catch a few on the Helicopter. I've never heard of this lure though. I went and watched it and still can't remember it.

I recently bought someone's original kit from back in 1992 on Ebay, almost complete but missing one 2 inch lure. I have yet to catch a damn thing on it in the 3 weeks I've had it... Maybe one fish saw the old infomercial on KZfaq and texted all his fish friends and warned them...

4:27 "genetic secret" is that fish need to eat to survive, and once in awhile a fish may mistake this vibrator for a minnow. Come to think of it, why not put a hook on a vibrator and try casting that out instead.

I asked my husband for two robotic minnows, one for me and one for my 90 year old mother. He does not fish and didn't realize I wanted to share with my mom. So he got one minnow and one of these. I have been trying not to cry all day which shows I've the perfect temperament for fishing.

I remember the predecessor to this lure. It was a topwater with a giant amber flashing light on the bottom. It looked like you were fishing with one of those Bobs barricades. We bought it at a yard sale as a joke, then did a fishing challenge before KZfaq was hatched. We ended up using it as a floating night time pellet gun target. It was an awesome sight when you blew it out of the water.

I just started fishing like a week ago I’ve went like three times already and I’ll let you know that I couldn’t catch a fish out of a 5 gallon bucket with a net. But with that being said I usually just ask the people at the outdoor stores what they recommend to use.

Twitching Lure never fails to get me up if I am down. With Twitching lure hanging off my rod all the bottom feeders in the area quickly take notice and open their suckers for a big gulp. The action keeps me up all day as each sucker takes their turn showing me their largemouth bottom feeding technique. I recommend you attaching the Twithcing lure to your pole if you crave white juicy action.

If Vibra Strike is a patented technology, the patent holder can choose to license out the design to other companies. They probably launched a product for as seen on tv knowing it would fail, just to get the word out about the tech, then claimed bankruptcy on the company, and started licensing it out to other companies

Before this as seen on TV came out there was ads in magazines for lures and fishing kits . If your dad is old enough he should remember them back in the 60`s and part of the 70`s , If your dad don`t remember ask your grand dad

30+ years ago, I remember my fave "as seen on TV" scam was the Pocket Fisherman, by Ronco. I just had to have one, the family on the commercial, all using one, appealed to my sense of family, that special bond that only a Pocket Fisherman family can have. Did I catch anything with it? Sure, a couple of Sunfish, maybe a perch at the local pond, but it was such a piece of shit. Didn't cast worth a damn, and the drag was essentially usless. Waste of 29.99 of my dad's hard earned money!!! Ah (bad) memories....
