If you are afraid of what you might read in comments, then don't read the comments. I can walk and chew gum at the same time, meaning I celebrate J's legacy of music and dance and enjoy his videos AND I feel some degree of sadness EVERY time I do so. So do you. You just don't want to acknowledge it or write about it. So how about you DON'T acknowledge it or write about it, which is your choice, and allow other people to do the opposite without harassment from those of you who choose to live in denial of their own feelings? Finally, it's only been three years since J's death, which is nothing as far as the amount of time it takes to mourn a person's passing, especially one like this. Sometimes it takes a lifetime, as I'm sure it will in J's case. People will unexpectedly tear up over him 20 years from now when they watch one of his performances. They should be free to express that fact. React the way you choose and stop telling others how to react, and quit pretending that people aren't happy AND sad at the same time.
