@@ira1144 u felt because this music is in your veines in your heritage, u are an illirian sister. This kind of music is normal for us ilirians from the mountains of the balkan. I dont know if ur parent educated you, the so called "croatians" are in fact "dalmatians". And ur native language was ilirian which is comparable to todays albanian.thus its pretty normal that u feel Connected to this. Like kendrick lammar said, its in your dna.

Many singers I felt live they were much weaker than their studio version and it was very easy to see who will go far in competition and who will not,of course our diva Jonida she doesn't disappoint live or in studio same quality.

The ones that did, often dont qualify... The language in music should never be a barrier, but in eurovision... sadly it is. That's why most countries choose to sing in English.

At least there is more attention to the singers they were almost non-existent in other years, but this last years I feel slowly Albania is being recognized for the talents she sends ,Jonida is not a beginner in Singing,she is a professional , and I think the jury and the world is seeing that she not only can sing, but she touches hearts with her voice, and with that said mission accomplished, I have hopes this song will go high in competition and who knows maybe with a victory 😍

It's about the plague of mass migration Albania has been living these past decates and it's getting worse as times goes by. The youth are leaving the country for better life and hope in Europe. It's getting very bad and listening to this, minutes after i meet with a dear friend that's about to leave for Germany (in a month).. brings tears to my eyes.. 😢 Albania is being abandoned and it hurts like hell! 💔

Several months passed since the first time watch this performance. Until now I still remember how I feel when I watched it. This performance is way too underestimated. In my opinion, it is No. 1 show among Eurovision 2019. Before this show, I barely know about country Albania or Albanian language, but thanks to all singers’ performance, it somehow enhances my ability of empathy to understand this song emotionally. The ethnic instrument at beginning sounds like the voice of eagle, which creates me an image of sky, mountain and eagle right away; the passional back vocalists sound like echo around the mountain; the chorus is like an Albanian mother standing on the mountain and calling out her children back home. So deep emotion in the song! If I understand Albanian language, I would dive deeper into the emotions created by the performers. Jonida and all back vocalists, thank you for the perfect show 👍

@@aninna6335 You're not Albanian if you cannot understand her, or your Albanian "skillz" are really poor AF. ▪︎ *"Ktheju tokës tônë"* > (how it's quite common in Kosovo and northern parts of Albania; bc both speak the "Gheg" dialect - the *northern dialect)* ▪︎ *"Ktheju tokës tende"* (How they say in Standard Albanian, which is based on "Tosk" - the *southern dialect)* So you "cannot" understand it bc she sings "tende" and not "tônë" ... gtfo 🙄 it's the same word, just a "d" in "ten[d]e" and no "d" in "tôn[-]ë" (bc the northern dialect lost it)! It's just like english "sp[-]eak" lost the "r"; which is still preserved in german "sp[R]echen" (and also found in albanian "shp[R]eh" ("to utter").
