Well done Tom and the team. Great to get back in today with Eric. Unless you've been close to this type of training you just won't understand the power, pace and intensity that is involved. Jonjoe was quality. I thought Pat was brilliant in goal.

@TomOwensUK do you do the same drills for all age groups, its just more speed and details for the older/better players? Or is something like in the video not appropriate for u14s or so?
