Yeah BW2 were my first games in the series as well! Loved them to death as a kid, although I was never good enough to get super far in the game. XY helped me actually learn the ropes a bit because of how easy it is lol

@@araragisenpai4088 over the years I started getting my hands on the other DS games (specifically all of Gen 4) but I actually never owned BW1 until… like a few weeks ago! I just never got around to getting it for whatever reason and prices for it have been going up so much. I’ve played a lot of the games since Gen 6 but I haven’t played much of anything prior to Gen 4 yet

God you've covering no Pokemon songs other than some of my absolute favorites this year, huh? I love B2W2, this is a game that's always meant a lot to me, and for a long time I felt like people didn't give this song the appreciation its deserved because it's always hyped me up the most out of any champion theme. Needless to say, I absolutely adore this cover and how well you captured the energy of the original while adding your own touches. This is an actual 10/10.

3:25 cements this as my new favorite GaMetal remix. The footage being a sea of flames when the song cuts back in HAS to be intentional. I had several big stupid grins throughout this, but that moment gave me the biggest and stupidest one. This was _beyond_ worth the wait, man! AND you outro'd with Mt. Pyre. I love all the blacknand white two love recently. From chuggaaconroy to gametal, im happy one of the best ds games is getting the love it deserves I also love the running gag of the last couple of pokemon songs having a Pokemon named revolver use exposion on the wrost possible pokemon on that team. This time it was a level 10 magmite doing it on the aggron. Before, it was a azelf on Cynthia's spirtomb, and revaoom on eri's ape. Truely amazing. Shootouts to the person who gives the game play foldgae for that

Iris has my favourite Champion theme and you absolutely nailed it. The synth work, the guitar taking the lead for the climactic sections, and how the buildup to the ending is from the Masters remix. Been jamming to this for the last hour. Favourite song of the year so far

Pokémon Champions themes generally tend to be my favorite parts of the game's soundtrack, and you have KNOCKED it out of the park with this remix. Finally! My vote actually got turned into a remix. And HOLY DRAGON DANCED HAXOROUS! How hard that thing hits is how hard this slaps! That buildup part at 3:29, shook me the first time I heard this song. AND, then he paused it for just a second!? Glad I played it max volume in my car on the way home. And if next song is what I think it is, then I’ll be all of me! (Edit) nevermind if it is a returning song again next, it’s not what I was thinking

I love this song so much for how it feels like a triumphant send-off to this era of the series, BW2 came out when the 3DS already existed iirc so it was very clear that a new age was about to begin, but BW2 made sure to go out with a bang

What a Finale to Black 2/White 2, and what a Finale for this years May Madness! Gen 5 was always my Favorite, with an awesome Story, awesome Characters, an awesome Post-Game, and of course awesome Music! This Remix really nails what made this theme so amazing in the original, which sounds epic, like a send of for the Sprite Era of Pokémon! Truly incredible! (ALSO SHADOW THE FRICKING HEDGEHOG!!! I just came from watching another one of my favorite KZfaqrs he's doing a playthrough of the gen five sequels right now everyone also this is one of my absolutely positively favorite tracks in the franchise, gametal keep shreading takes breaks when you need to don't overwork yourself and remember to always stay positive safe and strong and be the hero of your own story sir😇😊🧡💛

Holy crap I cannot express just how much I love this cover This is one of my favorite Pokemon battle themes ever, so seeing one of my favorite artists out there cover it makes me _incredibly_ happy!!! And you more than did justice to the original with this cover, it sounds absolutely *_phenomenal!!_* You somehow made me love this song even more than I already did! Her Archeops in hard mode has a flying gem and acrobatics, meaning she has a 165 base power stab flying nuke coming off her 140 base attack pokemon. That's probably among the hardest hitting NPC trainers in the series to date.

This one always had quite a pretty fun flare for a Champion theme, which is greatly fitting for Iris, and also always made stand out from the others. He doesn't do anime songs, but he does videogame songs, which BB Channel is. ;) Just been here keeping the request, until one day with some luck, happens. I just finished a bw2 challenge mode nuzlocke and MAN this song brings back the sweat & sheer determination of that fight, all the way to the final heroic bit where my STARTER died at the very end of the fight. This by far one of your best remixes in recent memory! Keep it up :}

LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! MY GIRL IRS GOT THE HONOR OF A GAMETAL REMIX!!!! She absolutely deserves it. I didn't play B/W 2 but I loved the B/W anime. Iris and her Axew is one of the best human-pokemon friendships period. And her dynamic with Ash and struggles with Excadrill made me a huge fan of her. When I found out she's in the Masters 8 and apparently was the CHAMPION in B/W 2 I was DUMBFOUNDED! And SO DAMN HYPED FOR HER!!! This remix truly does her justice. Capturing her personality and the whole vibe of B/W. Thank you

I always love whenever you stay more true to the originals in these full remixes, you did just that but gave this new remix very welcoming extensions. Always felt the original song was a little short, and I absolutely enjoyed the build up in the later part of the remix. Omg and that Mt. Pyre acoustic at the end was sublime! Also one more May Madness remix, Shadow related? Awesome, I think this year's lineup was less than usual but that's understandable as I'm sure there's a lot on your plate to be worked on.

Congratulations on 250k subs, Jonny! With this theme in mind, it'd be absolutely incredible to hear a revamp of your 10k sub special, or maybe even another medley from the Pokémon franchise. Your stuff has been with many of us throughout life, and I can safely say on behalf of us all that you've made us better people for it. I would like to request 'Scrap and Build Ourselves' from Eternal Sonata, composed by Motoi Sakuraba, and inspired by Chopin's revolutionary etude. That song plays with dynamics beautifully, and Jonny does that too in his covers, the composition is fast, bloody fast and intense, it'd be probably one of the coolest covers on the channel, at least in my opinion. I won't stop. I shall post this on every video. Until. I. Get. It.
