In Escape From Tarkov, there are currently 20+ stims with a variety of different functionalities and values. There's a lot of info to learn about them all, so I made this video to break down each and every one.

I always carry 1 SJ12 in my injector case just in case I get my stomach blown out without being able to patch it up for a while. Usually I can find food but it's saved me multiple times.

Something not mentioned on SJ6 is it buffs arm stamina too. It's great to increase ADS time when sniping or using a thermal. Same goes for other stims that affect stamina, it will buff both arms and legs/running distance.

I run 1 odb2, 2 prop, 1 sj12, 1 perf, 1 etg, 1 sj6 and 1 trim in my injector case at all times. Leaving 1 slot open for if i find a stim. Perf stops bleeds and heals and is just better than zagustin, if it wasnt, it wouldnt be more expensive. Sj12 in case i cant find food, which is rare but its saved me in weird situations where im being camped by 2 or more and they refuse to push, for example. The rest are self Explanatory. Great video tho. That damn AFH1m stim has eluded me all wipe. Cant find it anywhere.

Labs black keycard spawns every single stim you could possibly need. You can get the entire samples quest done if you manage to loot it and get out.

The SJ1 is used at lower levels to provide running speed and larger stamina bar. Using it combined with a SJ6 means a level 15 can make it to the resort at the same time as a level 35 who just used a SJ6.

Informative for sure, a good breakdown of what each thing means and why people should care, but I think it's important to note that there are other variables like solo/squad play, what role you play in a squad, etc. to help you shape your injectors case. For instance, I committed last wipe really hard to a support role for my squad, carrying two injectors cases to drop stims for those that needed something in a pinch. There is a limit to how many of each you can drop, but that never became an issue. Still, I personally recommend finding room in your injectors case for an SJ12. The investment is worth it imo based on the cases where it will save your life or a buddy's life after a stomach is blacked or you're trying to survive debuffs from other life-saving stims.

I should have included it in the end, my apologies. In short, I only ever bring an ETG, Zagustin, SJ6, and 2 Propital 🙂

I always run a Propital for small healing, an ETG-C for lots of healing, and two Perfotoran for stopping multiple bleeds, as an anti toxin in case I get stabbed by a cultist and a backup small heal. Then I run an SJ12 because of the 5 Minutes of grace period it gives you to get the hell out of raid or find something to eat/drink when out of energy and an SJ6 and Trimadol as combo to have basically endless stamina (you can literally sprint across maps at full speed with these 2 stims) Two slots are kept empty to store high value stims I find in Raid, on Labs I sometimes run less Stims to be able to pick up more However, this is just what I use and maybe some stims help you more according to your play style.

I disagree, since it doesn't last nearly as long. You get longer benefits out of zagustin + propi

You're comparing Perf to 2 stims that take 2 slots, cost 2x as much together, and take 2 times as long to use. Nobody uses bleed stims for the time they can prevent bleeds in the future, they only use them to stop bleeds they currently have. Having an Adren and Zag in one stim makes more sense to carry than a Zag itself.

@@JonnyBooSock my brother perf doesn’t replace propital and you said yourself that you use it reactively to remove several bleeds. And it heals you on top of propital. That extra time window for zagustin bleed block is negligible. Blue blood is just fully better.

Obdolbos, the Russian roulette stim. I would consider the chance of instant death (number of buffs granted)/(sum of all buffs)*.25 then convert to percent or *100.

P22 it's the "Berserk" coin toss. I got that proc on the arena, it act like the previous painkiller, increase FOV and chance to not die on lossing lims.

Zagustin, ETG, SJ6, 2 Propital. All necessities covered, and room for looted stims.

I’m a big advocate for PNB and/or Adrenaline over ETG, mostly for sustainability and cost.

On wich maps can I find x-tg12? I ran lighthouse several times as a scav and checked the medical containers in the shoreline resort, but couldn't find one. 😞 Are they ecxclusive to labs?

Black Room on labs is your best bet to have access to every single one. There are various med spawns on all maps, in med bags, med supply crates, etc., but black is the best supply of them all in one place.

I use ob1 when I’m cornered and the last one alive. Either I die instantly and Deny them the xp or what get enough buffs to win the fight

What's the reasoning of using zagustin instead of perfotoran?

Zagustin bleed prevention lasts 200s, Perf only lasts 60

@@JonnyBooSock But the healing can be useful for not blacking out a limb and you usually pop it after a fight or in the middle of it, in 60 secs you or the bad guy should be dead. I'm always debating about which one should I bring.

I was gonna ask this same question. I’d say 90% of the time I pop something like zagustin is after the fight is over or I pop it to push. I don’t think I’ve ever needed the 300 second bleed resistance but I’ve needed more health fast to push.

I would assume it's helpful for leveling Immunity, but I've never actively "trained" the skill 😅 it just happens passively while running raids normally with stims and whatnot

like the guy above me said, its basically just a good replacement for a MULE thats cheaper, thats probably its best use case. People usually use them like a MULE because the negative effects are basically negligible since you are only ever popping one towards the end of the raid in order to to get out of raid with a shit ton of loot. IMO, its even better to use in place of a MULE(mainly because MULEs are incrediblyh expensive right now...170-200k+)

where are you coming up with these prices? Every Stim is USUALLY more then each price listed. M.U.L.E for 100k-130k? yea right on a lucky few seconds you might find it for that but 99% of the time they are 130k-200k, trimadol usually 80-100k. need a rework on the pricing on flea prices on this video
