Why not turn that space into a garage from the Street down there and make an elevator to your house?

Plenty of scope to do a steep garden there with a series of terraces, plant beds, steps and pools. Also to get enough fall on that driveway but leaving it at a shallow enough angle for a supercar, would mean sweeping the drive round in a curve to the left almost all the way to the garage.

You can put the house logo on the wall! Maybe with lights behind... just a random idea

Take off your address cause there are crazy people out there ! As for design , why stuck to the same layout? Instead of going straight down with short steep distance , have a longer distance by coming down along the wall where the palm trees are now. It will be not direct to your garage and you can have a fountain in the middle of the area . Move the short hill to the palm tree wall basically for less steepness and more open space

I'll be honest with you. You'll have alot of engineering and money involved to landscape such an escarpment. Here in australia my property was qouted $200,000 for two tiers on a 25 degree average slope. This involved engineers to design retaining walls with support that ties into the slope. For you 1 tier might be all u get. As for your driveway I'd move your entrance to the left which then has a better raise over run ratio. You could have a final left turn towards the house to make transitions easy for low cars. Any good architect would come up with a good solution. I'm a building surveyor and see alot of house plans and commercial plans. My opinion is the driveway is easy ( probably cost money) and the unexplored backyard is difficult to say. Anything is possible with the right budget

For the 35-40 meters out section maybe build a huge gazebo/ balcony for romantic lighting, dining, where you can do your tenth anniversary vow renewal 😁, a large octagon shape and have sheer curtains coming down from the arches with 360 views

IDEA FOR DRIVEWAY WALL: Use the wall to help a charity while simultaneously thanking your subscribers. Allow your subscribers to purchase a plaque with their name on it. The money for the plaque goes towards a charity, at the end of the month or year all the plaques get mounted on the wall and it turns into a homage wall for your subscribers and helps out a foundation. *high five*

You should make sort of an Alpe d’Huez twisted path/staircase down to the bottom and then make a little retreat/small house with just a bed and a few essentials, and maybe a small pool/spa.. A work free zone perhaps? Also - the path/stairs would be great for an outdoor workout 💪😊
