I also just realized you learned from the last time and set the resin on the hot coals this time and not directly into the fire like the last time and the resin kept catching fire, it's awesome to learn

OK, if I'm out in the wilderness, No. 1) the plastic bottle faucet trick: I'll just walk over to the stream or lake and put my hands in and wash them like a racoon. No. 2) The fork and cucumber trick: I'll just pick up the whole cucumber with my hand and eat it, caveman style. Why got through all that?

I really liked the faucet idea. Water by gravity. The other day watching a video of you I tried to collect the sap of a tree, but I couldn't make a fire. Thanks for sharing. Taciano, Jabaotão, Pernambuco, Brazil.

@@outlaweduk Unfortunately, this tree is not found in the northeast of Brazil. But I have others. I will try. Thank you for your attention.

If you have birch trees in brazil the oil in the bark works exceptionally well as a glue and can be extracted by heating in a charcoal kiln with a hole in the bottom to let the resin drip through and into a smaller tin directly underneath buried into the ground. birch bark tar is often called black gold due to how many uses it has, the bark alone can be lit on fire after submerging it in water and just shaking the water off

WARNING : Never use a blade to lever anything, it will snap ! Use the flat screwdriver or can opener tools ! Don't burn cordage in pine resin, you can easily use dry bark strips, especially silver birch !

Tip #1 is cute, but it ruins your container. Containers are very important in survival situations. It's #4 in the "5 C's of Survival"

great video. it would be informative to share the swiss army models when you are using some unique tools (such as the chisel) for example

Iz dis a joke? Why not pour water from the bottle?! Or pick the cucumber with your fingers?!
@korvo9936 Жыл бұрын
Pouring straight from the bottle wastes more water, if you are in a survival situation every drop counts You also missed the point on the cucumber, maybe it's hot food, maybe you don't want to use your hands because they are dirty from all the work

This HAS to be one of the most uninspiring, ridiculous, disappointing videos about the use of a Swiss Army Knife I've ever sat through. Thumbs down, WAY down!
