DIY Twist Candle | Make trendy spiral candles with me! Beeswax & Botanical M-100 wax + burn test

Welcome to my channel!
I've wanted to make these DIY twist candles for some time now. I purchased 2 different molds to make them at home :) Although the burn time was similar for the 3 blends I tried, the 50% beeswax & 50% M-100 wax created the least drip. Hope this helps those of you who want to try it out!

Hi, I wanna know if we can take two molds and stack it on top of each other to make a longer candle. Would it be possible to do that? Thanks!

oh thats actually a really creative idea! I haven't tried it so I'm not sure if it'd work. If you seal the two bottoms together then you could get a longer candle. The only thing is there would be a section that doesn't have the spiral. I might try it one day! Thanks for the idea :)

Hi, what is your puring temperature? Does there is a glossy finish with candles made in acrylic mold?

Hi! I believe I poured around 160F and yes, the acrylic mold did leave a glossy finish, but oddly, it was only glossy on certain parts. Sometimes it would be glossy on half the candle, not sure why

Thank you! The first batch I did were slightly scented with vanilla, but I'll be making them unscented for use in dining areas so the scent doesn't mix with food and drink aromas. Definitely up to you if you'd like to add scent in your space, esp if they're decor pieces 🤍 Thank you for stopping by my channel and leaving me a comment!
